providing immunity for a person for any inaccuracies in the estimated ad valorem taxes on a property listed on a listing platform;

There is complete immunity for claims against a listing platform or licensee under chapter 475 for any inaccuracy in the estimated ad valorem taxes on a property listed on the listing platform.
There is no liability on the part of, and no cause of action may arise against, any person for an inaccurate estimation of ad valorem taxes for a property listed on a listing platform.
