(1) The sum of $4 million is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of State for the relief of the descendants of Charles Greenlee, Walter Irvin, Samuel Shepherd, and Ernest Thomas.
(1) A sum as specified in the General Appropriations Act is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of State for the relief of the descendants of Charles Greenlee, Walter Irvin, Samuel Shepherd, and Ernest Thomas.
(2) The Chief Financial Officer is directed to draw a warrant payable to the descendants of Charles Greenlee, Walter Irvin, Samuel Shepherd, and Ernest Thomas as provided in subsection (3).
(2) Twenty-five percent of the sum appropriated under subsection (1) must be provided to each of the following individuals and estates:
