In recognition of Bruce Cheney's extraordinary contributions to the state of New Hampshire through the successful development and implementation of the statewide 911 emergency call system, the new 911 Service Center currently under construction at 311 Meredith Center Road, Laconia, New Hampshire shall be named the "Bruce Cheney 911 Service Center." 2 Effective Date.
