Retain original provisions, except amend KRS 95A.400 rename the thermal vision grant program to the Thermal Vision and Technical Innovation Grant Program; amend KRS 95A.420 to define "automated external defibrillator," "gas monitor," and "technical device"; amend KRS 95A.430 to permit the program to assess and provide grants for technical devices in addition to thermal vision devices; amend KRS 95A.410, 95A.440, and 95A.055 to conform.
