Duties;
Annual Review of Medical and Scientific Evidence.
Amend RSA 126-X:12, IV(a) to read as follows:
(a) Biennially reviewing medical and scientific evidence pertaining to currently approved and additional qualifying conditions.
Therapeutic Cannabis Medical Oversight Board;
The report shall include documentation of the board's reviews of currently approved and additional qualifying medical conditions, including the board's findings and recommendations, and citations to the medical and scientific evidence reviewed by the board.
