(c) The bureau of adult and aging services shall compile a report every 2 years regarding the incorporation of Alzheimer’s and dementia into the state public outreach programs that shall be SB 454-FN - VERSION ADOPTED BY BOTH BODIES - Page 2 - submitted to the subcommittee on Alzheimer’s disease and other related dementias, established in RSA 126-A:15-a, by September 1, 2027 and bi-annually thereafter.
(c) The bureau of adult and aging services shall compile a report every 2 years regarding the incorporation of Alzheimer’s and dementia into the state public outreach programs that shall be submitted to the subcommittee on Alzheimer’s disease and other related dementias, established in RSA 126-A:15-a, by September 1, 2027 and bi-annually thereafter.
(d) It is the intent of the legislature that the department apply for available federal or private funds when such funds are appropriate and relevant to supporting the state’s efforts to implement this paragraph or the Healthy Brain Initiative Road Map, as described by the National Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, as available resources and eligibility permit.
