(1) The attorney general under section 507.070 on behalf of a class of residents of this state who are subject to litigation that alleges any website access violation, or any resident of this state who is subject to litigation that alleges any website access violation, may file a civil action in any court of competent jurisdiction within this state against the party, attorney, or law firm that initiated such litigation for a EXPLANATION — Matter enclosed in bold-faced brackets [thus] in the above bill is not enacted and is intended to be omitted from the law.
