The provisions of this section shall be known and referred to as "Adriaunna's Law".

The Missouri state highway patrol shall maintain the registry based on information supplied to the department as provided under subsections 4 and 5 of this section and information available to the department from the department of corrections and local law enforcement agencies.

HB 3012 3 (1) Five years after the date of the most recent conviction for an offense committed against a domestic abuse victim if the defendant has one prior conviction for an offense committed against a domestic abuse victim;

This section and chapter 536 are nonseverable and if any of the powers vested with the general assembly pursuant to chapter 536 to review, to delay the effective date, or to disapprove and annul HB 3012 4 a rule are subsequently held unconstitutional, then the grant of rulemaking authority and any rule proposed or adopted after August 28, 2026, shall be invalid and void.

There is hereby created in the state treasury the "Domestic Violence Prevention Fund", which shall consist of moneys collected under subdivision (2) of subsection 6 of section 589.700, and any gifts, contributions, grants, bequests, or other aid received from federal, private, or other sources.
