The provisions of this section shall not apply when the adjoining property is owned or operated by any utility company, railroad, a zoological park, wildlife conservation facility, or animal sanctuary EXPLANATION — Matter enclosed in bold-faced brackets [thus] in the above bill is not enacted and is intended to be omitted from the law.
