EXPLANATION — Matter enclosed in bold-faced brackets [thus] in the above bill is not enacted and is intended to be omitted from the law.
The subsidy shall be paid for children who have been in the care and custody of the children's division under the homeless, dependent and neglected foster care program.
In the case of a child who has been in the care and custody of a private child-caring or child-placing EXPLANATION — Matter enclosed in bold-faced brackets [thus] in the above bill is not enacted and is intended to be omitted from the law.
