Plain-language change summary

The updated version of Bill HB 2368 now explicitly includes licensed professionals from chapter 337 as mental health professionals. Additionally, it clarifies that artificial intelligence cannot be advertised as capable of providing therapy or mental health diagnoses. These changes are important because they protect consumers from misleading claims about AI services in mental health, ensuring that only qualified human professionals are represented as providing care.
