(c) Sanitarians meeting standards defined by the department;
EXPLANATION — Matter enclosed in bold-faced brackets [thus] in the above bill is not enacted and is intended to be omitted from the law.
(d) Qualified geologists as defined in section [256.501] 256.453;

HB 2395 2 (e) "Soil scientists", defined as a person that has successfully completed at least fifteen semester credit hours of soils science course work, including at least three hours of course work in soil morphology and interpretations;
HB 2395 2 (c) Sanitarians meeting standards defined by the department;
(d) Qualified geologists as defined in section [256.501] 256.453;
