Plain-language change summary

The recent amendment to Senate Bill 65 updates the language and makes minor adjustments to the point system for traffic offenses in Pennsylvania. Specifically, the wording has been refined to improve clarity in the descriptions of the offenses that incur points on a driver's record. This is important because clearer guidelines can help drivers better understand the consequences of their actions on the road, potentially leading to safer driving behaviors.
