Bill Text
What changed in the latest version
95 added · 141 removedPlain-language change summary
The proposed changes to Bill HB 2210 introduce new definitions for "electronic product" and "electronic product device," clarifying how electronic registration cards will work for vehicle owners in Pennsylvania. This allows drivers to use digital versions of their registration cards, which can be accessed on devices like smartphones and tablets. The removal of the littering provisions from the previous version simplifies the bill, focusing solely on the registration aspect, which is essential for streamlining how vehicle operations are managed in the state. Overall, these updates will make it easier for individuals to carry and present their vehicle registration information electronically.
