Plain-language change summary

The recent amendment to Bill HB 1830 includes the addition of regulations for flashing or revolving lights on tow trucks, allowing them to have blue lights that can only be displayed on the rear of the vehicle. This change clarifies the types of lights tow trucks can use, enhancing safety by making them more visible to other drivers during roadside assistance. It matters because it helps ensure that both tow trucks and emergency roadside service vehicles are recognized easily, potentially reducing accidents and improving response times on the roads.
