Plain-language change summary

The current version of Bill HB 675 has removed reference to "ACT No. 311." This change may be significant because it suggests that the provisions or guidelines previously set by ACT No. 311 are no longer applicable or relevant to the new bill. It could potentially simplify the legislation and clarify what rules or standards are currently being proposed. This might make it easier for the public and lawmakers to understand the bill's intentions and implications.
