(d) Agency cooperation.-- 20250HB1460PN1821 - 15 - (1) The department, the Department of Aging, the Department of Human Services and the Insurance Department shall assist the Attorney General in reviewing the proposed agreement and transaction, if requested, and shall comply with any request for testimony or information as may be necessary and appropriate for the Attorney General to review a proposed covered transaction.
(d) Agency cooperation.-- (1) The department, the Department of Aging, the Department of Human Services and the Insurance Department shall assist the Attorney General in reviewing the proposed agreement and transaction, if requested, and shall comply with any request for testimony or information as may be necessary and appropriate for the Attorney General to review a proposed covered transaction.
