Presentlawrequiresatransportationnetworkcompanydrivertoprovideinsurancecoverage information, in the event of an accident, to directly interested parties, automobile insurers, and investigating officer only upon request.
Proposed law provides for penalties for failure to provide the required information.
Effective August 1, 2026.
