1:13(B) and 24:177(E)] DIGEST SB 275 Engrossed 2026 Regular Session Myers Proposed law requires health insurers to reimburse certified registered nurse anesthestists (CRNA) for services performed without medical direction from a physician or dentist and within the lawful scope of a CRNA's practice at no less than the same amount the insurer reimburses a physician for the same service.
Proposed law does not change the scope of practice.
Effective January 1, 2027.
