Plain-language change summary

The changes to Bill SB 433 involve the removal of a reference to "ACT No. 898." This means that the bill no longer connects to that specific act, which could affect its implementation or how it relates to existing laws. Removing this reference might simplify the bill or clarify its intent, making it easier for people to understand and follow. This change is important because it helps ensure the bill stands on its own without uncertainty about other laws.
