NELSON, RADER AND WATRO, MAY 2, 2025 REFERRED TO COMMITTEE ON VETERANS AFFAIRS AND EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS, MAY 4, 2025 AN ACT Amending the act of June 28, 1995 (P.L.89, No.18), entitled "An act creating the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources consisting of certain functions of the Department Affairs;
(iv) The amount and locations of prescribed or controlled burns carried out in this Commonwealth BY THE <-- DEPARTMENT AND ANY OTHER ENTITY AND ANY INFORMATION RELATING TO CONTROLLED BURNS THAT HAS BEEN SHARED WITH THE DEPARTMENT in the previous calendar year.
(iv) The amount and locations of prescribed or controlled burns carried out in this Commonwealth in the previous calendar year.
(v) The estimated Statewide manpower for combating wildfires, including an active list of firefighters THE <-- NUMBER OF FIREFIGHTERS ORGANIZED BY OR LOCATED IN A FOREST DISTRICT TO BE submitted by local forest fire 20250HB1380PN2707 - 2 - wardens in the previous calendar year.
