WHEREAS, Today we recognize and honor the life and service of our colleague, Representative John Resman, who faithfully represented the 121 District in the Kansas House of Representatives and whose passing leaves a void in this body and in the State of Kansas;

4 WHEREAS, Today we recognize and honor the life and service of our colleague, Representative John Resman, who faithfully represented st the 121 District in the Kansas House of Representatives and whose passing leaves a void in this body and in the State of Kansas;
and HR 6040 2 WHEREAS, John's dedication to public service extended into the legislative arena when he was appointed to the Kansas House of Representatives in 2017 to represent the 121District and was thereafter elected four times by his constituents, continuing to serve with integrity and dedication until his passing;
