4 WHEREAS, According to the United States Census Bureau, 11.2% of Kansans are of Irish ancestry compared to the national average of 9.6%;
and th WHEREAS, Ireland currently ranks 38 of Kansas exports, illustrating a need to create a stronger trade partnership;
That we recognize the deputy chairman of the Irish Senate, Mark Daly, for his efforts to promote trade;trade.
I hereby certify that the above R ESOLUTION originated in the H OUSE, and Bewas itadopted furtherby resolved:that body Speaker of the House.
That the Chief Clerk of the HouseHouse. of Representatives shall send enrolled copies of this resolution to Deputy Chairman of the Irish Senate Mark Daly and Representative Tarwater.
