The recent amendments to Bill HB 928 clarify and expand the definitions related to the use of epinephrine auto-injectors. Specifically, the term "authorized entity" now includes a wider range of organizations that handle allergens that can cause severe allergic reactions, such as recreation camps. This matters because it helps ensure that more places are equipped to respond effectively to allergic emergencies, potentially saving lives. Additionally, minor editorial changes were made for clarity and consistency in the text.
