The owner or business shall provide the contact information of an individual, representative or employee who has the authority and ability to repair, maintain or otherwise remedy a problem or municipal code violation for the real property, including the individual, representative 20250HB0858PN1046 - 3 - or employee's name, address, telephone number and email address to the chief assessor.
