AN ACT CONCERNING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A PILOT PROGRAM TO TRAIN CERTIFIED WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITY OPERATORS.
(Effective July 1, 2026) The executive director of the Technical Education and Career System shall study the feasibility of expanding vocational education programs to students in grades kindergarten to eight, inclusive.
Not later than January 1, 2027, the executive director shall submit a report on the results of such study, in accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a of the general statutes, to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to education.
