267 OLR Bill Analysis HB 5404 AN ACT ESTABLISHING A JOB CLASSIFICATION FOR PART-TIME FIRE SERVICE INSTRUCTORS.
SUMMARY This bill requires the Department of Administrative Services commissioner, in consultation with the Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection (DESPP) commissioner and the State Fire Administrator, to create a job classification for part-time fire service instructors within DESPP’s Division of Fire Services Administration.
