fingerprint clearance cards BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 2027, AS A CONDITION OF LICENSURE OR CONTINUED LICENSURE OF THE FOLLOWING HEALTH CARE INSTITUTIONS, EACH APPLICANT, LICENSEE AND OWNER OF THE HEALTH CARE INSTITUTION SHALL BE A UNITED STATES CITIZEN OR [LAWFULLYA PRESENT IN] [A LAWFUL PERMANENT RESIDENT OF]OF THE UNITED STATES AND HAVE A VALID FINGERPRINT CLEARANCE CARD ISSUED PURSUANT TO SECTION 41-1758.07:
