The recent amendment to HB 2086 changes the heading of a section of Arizona law from "Businesses Exempt from Mask Mandate" to "Businesses - Mask and Vaccination Mandates." It now explicitly prohibits businesses from requiring customers or employees to wear masks or get vaccinated, with some exceptions for existing safety measures. This change is significant because it sets clear guidelines on how businesses can operate in relation to public health measures, impacting both personal choice and business policies in the state.
