IF A WILDFIRE THAT IS LARGER THAN TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND ACRES OCCURS ON FEDERALLY MANAGED LAND ANDTHAT THE ATTRIBUTABLE SMOKE OR LAND DAMAGE AFFECTS THIS STATE, THE DEPARTMENT SHALL SUBMIT AN EXCEPTIONAL EVENT DEMONSTRATION TO THE UNITED STATES ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY.
