A QUALIFIED PARTNER ORGANIZATION SHALL AGREE TO CONTRIBUTE AT LEAST $5 PER HOUR TO A PARTICIPANT'S STIPEND.
A QUALIFIED PARTNER ORGANIZATION SHALL AGREE TO CONTRIBUTE [AN AMOUNT THAT IS EQUAL TO] AT LEAST [$5 PER HOUR TO A] [FIFTY PERCENT OF THE MINIMUM WAGE ESTABLISHED PURSUANT TO SECTION 23-363 MULTIPLIED BY THE TOTAL NUMBER OF HOURS OF SERVICE REQUIRED UNDER THE AGREEMENT FOR THE] PARTICIPANT'S STIPEND.
