Plain-language change summary

The revised bill changes the wording from "vaccination status" to "individual's decision to refuse one or more vaccines." This matters because it shifts the focus from simply acknowledging a person's vaccination status to specifically addressing individuals who choose not to receive vaccines. This change could impact how health insurers handle reimbursement rates for patients based on their vaccination choices.
