Plain-language change summary

The bill HB 2784 has been revised to focus solely on school district tax levies by removing references to cities and towns. The key change involves ensuring that county school superintendents will provide accurate estimates for funding each school district's operational needs. This matters because it aims to streamline the process for determining how much funding schools will receive, helping to ensure that they have the financial resources necessary for each school year.
