Plain-language change summary

The bill SB 1010 has been revised to rename the "Charlie Kirk Highway" to the "Charlie Kirk Loop 202." This change establishes that the entire Loop 202 will be recognized under this new name while ensuring that the specific segments within the loop, such as the Red Mountain Freeway and the Santan Freeway, keep their original names. This matters because it clarifies the scope of the designation and helps maintain the identities of the individual segments of the highway system.
