Within nine months after the audit report is issued, the joint legislative budget committee director shall report the total amount of the misappropriated claims and monies - 1 - HCR 2058 recovered to the governor, the speaker of the house of representatives and the president of the senate and shall provide a copy of the report to the secretary of state.
