Plain-language change summary

The recent amendments to Bill HB 363 allow patriotic organizations, such as veterans' groups, to sell a broader range of alcoholic beverages at their events beyond just brewed beverages and wine. This change is significant because it enables these organizations to generate more revenue, potentially enhancing their fundraising efforts and community support. Additionally, new requirements for club license holders have been introduced to ensure that income from alcohol sales cannot be distributed to members, maintaining the non-profit nature of these organizations.
