The uncodified law of the State of Alaska is amended by adding a new section to read:
LEGISLATIVE INTENT.
It is theintent oftheLegislaturethattheUniversity ofAlaska not spend funds on signage or materials exclusively to update the name of the Vic Fischer Institute of Social and Economic Research.
