The latest version of HB 2088 includes changes that clarify the procedures for handling disciplinary actions against school administrators, specifically defining the limits of their suspension. It now explicitly states that disciplinary actions can include up to ten days of unpaid suspension, while ensuring that any suspensions do not exceed this timeframe or involve paid leave. These adjustments aim to provide clearer guidelines for accountability within school administrations, which is important for maintaining standards and ensuring fair treatment for both educators and students.
