Plain-language change summary

The amendment clarifies the definition of "golf course" by stating that it includes both publicly-owned and privately-owned courses but specifies that it does not include 9-hole courses, executive courses, par-3 courses, driving range complexes, or miniature golf courses. Additionally, the text now explicitly states that the definition also includes driving range complexes but removes mention of them being excluded, correcting a previous inconsistency. This matters because it ensures that regulations apply specifically to larger golf facilities, thereby establishing clear standards for safety preparedness regarding automated external defibrillators at these locations.
