The recent amendment to Bill SB 2377 updates rules around dental care fees in North Dakota. It clarifies that dental plans can't dictate fees for services that aren't covered under a plan, allowing patients more freedom to seek additional services even if their insurance denies coverage. This change is significant because it aims to improve access to necessary dental care and ensure patients aren't overcharged for services they choose to pay for directly.
