If the agriculture diversification and development committee approves a grant under this Act, the agriculture commissioner may borrow up to $10,000,000$5,000,000 through a line of credit from the Bank of North Dakota for deposit in the agriculture diversification and development fund during the biennium beginning July 1, 2025, and ending June 30, 2027.
