The changes to the bill remove references to "public works" from specific sections related to the services provided by educational and research services corporations. This means that the focus is no longer on public works in conjunction with educational technology services. The practical effect is that the legislative text now specifically emphasizes educational technology systems without including public works, which may streamline the procurement process for those services by the specified entities.
