A virtual-currency kiosk operator may not accept transactions of more than two thousand dollars of cash or the equivalent in virtual currency per calendar day for the first five virtual-currency kiosk transactions occurring within the first thirty-days of the first transaction with a single customer in this state via one or more virtual-currency kiosks operated by the same virtual-currency operator.
