The department shall designate the bridge on south state avenuestate highway 22 in Dickinson between the junction of fifthKuchenski street southwestKuchenski drive and the junction of secondfourth street southwestfourth street southwest as the Specialist Jon P.
Fettig Iraq bridge and shall place signs along the avenuehighwayhighway designating that name.
Any donated funds are appropriated to the department on a continuing basis for the purpose of providing signs designating the bridge on south state avenuestate highway 22 as the Specialist Jon P.
