Plain-language change summary

The amendment to Assembly Bill 682 removes certain lines that likely detailed specific fees or conditions related to nonresident hunting, fishing, and trapping licenses. By cutting this language, the bill may streamline the approval process or simplify fee structures for nonresidents. This change is important because it could make it easier for out-of-state hunters and anglers to participate in these activities, potentially boosting tourism and revenue in the state.
