NFPHC-435-A between the Not-for-Profit Hospital Corporation (“Corporation”) and George Washington University Medical Faculty Associates, Inc., to provide emergency department services to the Corporation and authorizes payment in the amount of $8,815,524 for the goods and services received and to be received under the modification.
