The amendment to S. Res. 519 removes references to Operation Iraqi Freedom's timeframe, changing it from 2003-2011 to 2003-2010, and adds acknowledgments of Operations Just Cause, Freedom's Sentinel, and Atlantic Resolve. It also adjusts the number of allied and partner nations using the AH-64 Apache from 18 to 16. These changes provide updated historical context and reflect the current status of international partnerships involving the AH-64 Apache.
