What changed in the latest version
8 added · 60 removedPlain-language change summary
The updated version of Bill S. 2232 includes a new engrossed format and removes the previous short title and certain sections related to the Surety Bond Program. This means there is no longer a specific title for the act, and details about the Surety Bond Program's expansion are also no longer present in the text. The practical effect is that the content of the bill has shifted, focusing on revised legislative structure without explicitly stating the mechanisms of the Surety Bond Program within this version.
