There is appropriated from the General Fund to the North Carolina Board of Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors the sum of twenty thousand dollars Page 14 House Bill 791-Second Edition General Assembly Of North Carolina Session 2021 ($20,000) in nonrecurring funds for the 2021-2022 fiscal year for use by the Board to assist with the administrative costs of this act.
SECTION 3.
The North Carolina Board of Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors shall report to the Revisor of Statutes when the Professional Counseling Licensure Compact set forth in Section 1 of this act has been enacted by the 10 member states.
