and 35 WHEREAS, Arthur Nachman arranged for professional musicians to visit local elementary schools as generous assistance to the Council for the Arts of Herndon and its public art projects, including muralsg that grace the outdoor walls of downtown Herndon businesses;
and WHEREAS, Arthur Nachman was deeply dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for all his fellow Herndon residents and often attended Herndon Town Council meetings, where he earned the admiration of council members for his courteousness, curiosity, and wise insights;
